Cloud Education Learning Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "our," or "Company") is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and integrity of data collected from academic institutions, corporate partners, faculty members, and individual candidates enrolled in our programs. This Privacy Policy details our data collection, processing, and storage practices under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023, and applicable global standards.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information across three primary workflows:

3. How Assessment Proctoring Data is Handled
When a candidate participates in an institutional or corporate benchmark test via our Assessment Platform:
- Webcam and screen telemetry are utilized strictly for real-time infraction analysis (e.g. absence detection, tab switching) and are encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3.
- Raw video feeds are automatically purged after 30 days unless an institution requests extended archival for academic audit purposes under formal bilateral agreement.
- We never sell candidate assessment scorecards or personal contact data to third-party marketing brokers.
