1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website, registering for courses, utilizing our Assessment Platform, or executing an institutional Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Cloud Education Learning Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Institutional MoUs & Centers of Excellence

All academic programs delivered within university campuses under Center of Excellence (CoE) or Training & Placement (T&P) frameworks are subject to individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The institution and Cloud Education Learning collaborate under non-exclusive bilateral academic frameworks with defined milestone deliverables.

3. Academic Integrity & Candidate Code of Conduct

Candidates participating in our online courses, cloud sandboxes, or proctored assessments agree to uphold uncompromising standards of academic integrity. Any attempt to bypass automated proctoring, share credentials, commit plagiarized code, or disrupt sandbox clusters will result in immediate disqualification and revocation of verified badges.

4. Intellectual Property & Courseware

All curriculum modules, lab architecture designs, architectural blueprints, assessment questions, and software source code provided on the platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of Cloud Education Learning Pvt. Ltd. No material may be reproduced or distributed without explicit written authorization.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
